Fill this out, pay the deposit to lock your chauffeur and vehicle, and the 60% balance is due at pickup. Deposit is fully refundable up to 24 hours before your trip.

What happens if my flight is delayed?+
We monitor your flight using the flight number you provide at booking. Pickup time is adjusted automatically against your actual arrival — no charge for the wait on normal delays.
Do you handle Buffalo Airport trips?+
Yes. Buffalo is one of our most-booked cross-border routes. Flat rate from anywhere in the GTA. We handle the border crossing — you bring the passport.
Can I book for a group?+
Yes. Sprinter vans hold up to 14. For larger parties — weddings, sports events, tours, airport groups — call and we'll coordinate mini coach or multi-vehicle arrangements.
How does the 40% deposit work?+
We take a 40% deposit at booking to reserve your chauffeur and vehicle. The remaining 60% is due at pickup — card, debit, cash, or e-transfer. Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel 24+ hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours, the deposit covers the dispatch and chauffeur time already allocated.
How do I pay?+
Deposit: secure online payment via Stripe (credit card, debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Balance at pickup: card, debit, cash, or e-transfer. Corporate accounts and invoicing available for businesses with regular bookings.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Deposit is fully refundable if cancelled 24+ hours before pickup. Inside that window, deposit is retained to cover the reserved chauffeur and vehicle time. Cross-border, group, and FIFA event bookings have longer windows — we'll confirm at booking.
Do you provide child seats?+
Yes. Infant, toddler, and booster seats available on request. Let us know in the notes field at booking so the correct seat is in the vehicle on pickup.
